The boundary marker on Welshman's Road toppled into the ditch behind sometime before February 2008, apparently through loosening of the soil by heavy rain. This shows it looking very vulnerable, but does allow a rare glimpse of the normally-buried stabilising plate. It was reported to the West Berkshire Council who re-erected it in March 2008.
